Clem's boat ramp is located on North Padre Island on the north side of the JFK Causeway on the point where Packery Channel intersects the Intercoastal Waterway (ICW). It is a well maintained 2 lane concrete ramp with an a rough shell parking area that is scheduled to be paved in the near future.
The ramp feeds directly into Packery Channel and offers an excellent jumping off point to the Upper Laguna Madre, the eastern and southern shorelines of Corpus Christi Bay as well as the Gulf of Mexico.
