The large grassy flats of the SW Redfish Bay Grass Flats is a popular area to stalk redfish and large trout as they ambush prey in the pot holes and cuts of the flats. There are deep water cuts that enter the flats on almost every side. An extensive network of pot holes, grassy areas and deep cuts give a good variety of habitat for redfish, trout and flounder.
