The flats off of Ingleside Point are a sand and grass mix with good access to the deep water of Corpus Christi Bay. Redfish can be caught on the flats through out the year. Long Reef runs west from the cut in the point for over a mile. The flats from the shore of Ingleside Point and west along Long Reef are good for large speckled trout and redfish.
